eDistrict Delhi Govt Portal – E-district Delhi is a comprehensive and web-based service portal. The government is providing online services to the citizens of Delhi through this portal. Using the e District Delhi Govtportal, any citizen can easily avail of various services of the government in a few clicks. Delhi Govt also provides online verification of various types of certificates issued by various govt departments through the e-district portal.

The main objective of launching the e District Delhi Govtportal was to make online verification of documents submitted by citizens and link the databases of all government departments with each other. What is the E-district Delhi Login & Registration Process?

It is necessary to register on the Delhi eDistrict Portal to avail of some government services available on the e District Delhi Govt Portal. You can get the benefit of services only after doing E-District Login Delhi. If a person wants to register on the portal to avail of the services available on the Delhi e-District portal, then follow the steps given below-

  • First of all, go to the official website of e District Portal. The home page of the official website will open.
  • On the home page, under the registration at e District Delhi Govt section, the option of New User & Registered Users Login will appear. If you are already registered on the portal, then click on the link of Registered Users Login.
  • Citizen Login Form will open. Fill in your User ID & Password in the prescribed fields. Enter the Captcha code in the given field and click on the Login button.
  • If the user-id and password provided by you are correct, then your eDistrict Delhi login process will be completed, and you will be able to log in to the portal.
  • If you are using the portal for the first time, click on the New User link. Citizen Registration Form will open.
  • Select any one of the Aadhar Card or Voter ID Card from the Drop Down List of Select Document Type and fill the Aadhar Card Number or Voter ID Card Number in the given Field.
  • Enter the Captcha code in the given field and tick the Declaration Statement checkbox. Click on the button ‘Continue.’
  • Complete Registration Form will open. Enter your Name, Gender, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Spouse Name, Date of Birth etc., in the given fields.
  • Fill in your Present Residential Address, Permanent Address in the given field. Also, fill in your Pin Code, Mobile Number, Email Address in the given fields.
  • Fill the Captcha Code in the given file and click on the button ‘Continue to Register.’ On clicking the ‘Continue to Register’ button, a new page will open, and the Access Code & Password will be sent to your Mobile Number & Email ID.
  • On the new page, complete the registration process in the section of Complete Your Registration, enter the mobile number, and the Access Code & Password received on the email in the given field.
  • Fill the Captcha Code in the given file and click on the button ‘Complete Registration.’ Your registration will be completed, and your User ID & Password will be received on your mobile number and email.
  • From here, you can also print the Registration Certificate using the gender of print.
  • Keep in mind, within 72 hours, go to the e District Delhi Govt Portal and click on New Users and submit your registered Aadhaar Number. Otherwise, your registration will be canceled.

E-district Delhi Portal Issuance of ROR Process

If a person wants to apply for ROR (Record of Rights) through the official website of the e District Delhi Govt portal, then follow the steps given below-

  • First of all, go to the official website of e District Portal. The home page of the official website will open.
  • The option of Issuance of ROR will appear under the List of Services Available at e-District Delhi section on the home page. Click on the link for the Issuance of ROR.
  • The page of ROR Details Under e-District Delhi will open. Enter either e-District Registration ID or e-District User ID in the given column.
  • Enter the registered mobile number in the given field and select District, Sub Division, Village from the drop-down list. In Search Type, select any one of (i) By Khata No (ii) By Khasra No (iii) By Name.
  • If you have selected By Khata No, then fill Khata Number in the given column. If By Name is selected, then fill the Name in the given column.
  • If By Khasra No is selected, fill Rect Number, Khasra Number, Min Number in the given field. Fill the Captcha Code in the given column and click on the submit button.
  • On clicking on the submit button, the ROR of your land will be displayed on the screen based on the information provided by you.

If a person wants to apply for ROR DLRC through the official website of the e District Delhi Govt portal, then follow the steps given below-

  • First of all, go to the official website of e District Portal. The home page of the official website will open.
  • The option of Issuance of ROR (DLRC) will appear under the List of Services Available at e-District Delhi section on the home page. Click on the link of Issuance of ROR (DLRC).
  • On clicking on the Issuance of ROR (DLRC) link, you will be redirected to the Indraprastha Bhulekh Delhi portal. The page will open where the link of Khasra Khatauni Details Under the DLR Act and Jamabandi Details (Jamabandi Details under the PLR Act) will appear.
  • If you want to see Khasra Khatauni Details, then click on the link of Khasra Khatauni Details. The list of DLR Khata Details will open on the screen. If you want to see Khasra Khatauni Details of District, Sub Division, Village, click on the button of View Record given in front of it.
  • Select your District, Sub Division, Khata Type, Village, Search Type (By Khata No, By Name, By Khasra No) from the drop-down list.
  • In the search type, whatever you have selected from By Khata No, By Name, By Khasra No, fill the information related to it in the given field. Click on the Search button.
  • As soon as you click on the search button, based on the information provided by you, the Khasra Khatauni details of your land will be displayed on the screen. From here, you can check Khata Details using the button of View Khata Details. To see the map, click on the See Map button.
  • If you want to see Jamabandi details, click on the link of Jamabandi details. The list of Jamabandi details will open on the screen. If you want to see the Jamabandi Details of the District, Sub Division, Village, click on the View Record button given in front of it.
  • Select your District, Sub Division, Khata Type, Village, Jamabandi Number from the drop-down list. Click on the button of View Details.
  • As soon as you click on View Details, Jamabandi Details will open on the screen based on the information provided by you.

E District Delhi Apply for Certificate Online Process

If a person wants to apply for a certificate under any government service through the official website of e-district portal Delhi, then follow the steps given below-

  • First of all, go to the official website of e District Portal. The home page of the official website will open.
  • On the right side of the home page, the option of Apply for Certificates Online will appear under the G2C (Government to Citizens) Services section. Click on the link Apply for Certificates Online.
  • As soon as you click on the Apply for Certificates Online link, you will be redirected to the login page. Because to apply for the E District Delhi Certificate Online, it is necessary to do eDistrict Login Delhi.
  • On the login page, enter the User ID & Password in the prescribed fields. Fill in the prescribed fields and click on the Login button. The dashboard will open.
  • The option of Apply Online will appear in the navigation menu. A link to Apply for Services will appear in the Submenu under Apply Online. Click on the link Apply for Services.
  • The page ‘Form for Displaying Services at Citizen Dashboard for Applying Online’ will open. For the service under which you want to apply online, click on Apply given in front of that service.
  • Suppose you want to apply online for the Issuance of Caste (SC) Certificate of Revenue Department, then click on the Apply button given in front of the Issuance of Caste (SC) Certificate service under the Department of Revenue.
  • On clicking the Apply button, the Basic/Personal Details form will open. Where your basic information will already be visible, click on the Continue button.
  • The Entry Form for Caste Certificate will open. Fill in the information sought in the Entry Form correctly in the prescribed file and click on the Continue button.
  • The section for uploading supporting documents will open. Select the supporting documents one by one and click on the upload button. On clicking on the button of Upload, a new window will open, where you fill in the information regarding the document and select the documents to upload.
  • Similarly, upload each document one by one and submit the application form. You will be issued a unique application number. Save it for the future.
  • After the application is submitted, the information provided by you will be verified by the concerned Department. After the completion of the verification process, the e District Delhi Govt Caste (SC) Certificate will be issued within 14 days of the receipt of the application.
  • The information of which will be given to you on Registered Mobile Number & Email ID. After the issue of the Caste Certificate, you can get its online print.
