Goa Land Records – Almost all the country’s states have standardized and computerized their land records under the National Land Record Modernization Program 2008, an ambitious scheme of the Government of India. The Goa government has also made Goa Land Records and related services online under the National Land Record Modernization Program (NLRMP), making the Record of Right easier for the ordinary person.

The Goa Government has reformed the Goa Land Records and established the Goa Land Record System under the NLRMP program. Through this system, the state government provides an online facility for people to view Goa land records. Using this system, the citizens of the state will view Goa land records online and get services related to land online from home.

The state government’s primary objective behind introducing the Goa Land Record System is to bring transparency in governance by digitizing all services related to Goa land record while improving Goa land record. The Government of Goa has established the  Land Records Portal Goa by digitizing Goa land records, which has an official website https://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/. Any citizen of the state using the website can check the records related to their land sitting at home online and get the services related to the land online.

The Directorate of Settlement & Land Records, Goa has prepared the Goa Land Records Portal in collaboration with the Goa Unit of the National Information Center. This portal works under the Directorate of Settlement and Land Records Goa, and the content is uploaded on this portal by the same department.

This portal’s main objective is to modernize and digitize the Goa Land Record System while improving the Goa Land Records. This portal’s most significant objective is to make Goa land record related services like Survey Form 1 and 14, Form D, Mutation Status, Mutation Process etc. accessible to the public online.

  • To pursue the Goa Land Record Maintenance System with transparency.
  • Modernizing and digitizing Goa land records.

Goa Land Records Service Charges

The Government of Goa has made a provision for a minimum fee amount for citizens of the state of Goa to receive services related to Goa land records. Different types of facilities have to pay different fees. Following is the list of fees charged on various types of services.

The survey fees for Partition / Re-survey / Demarcation / Re-fixation /Convention Rs. 820/- per day
(a) Every computerized certified copy of a serial number or entry in the record of rights, register of mutations and from the registers, accounts, and records other than maps maintained by a Talathi under section 8 of the code. (b) Every digitally signed copy of a serial number or entry in the record of rights register of mutations or records, other than maps, maintained by Mamlatdar. Rs.15/- for the first page and @ Rs. 5/- for every additional page. Rs.25/- for each serial number or entry excluding the cost of paper.
(a) Every certified copy of a computerized map of a survey number or a subdivision of a survey number or map or plan of any immovable property prepared under section 56 of the Code.   Every certified copy of Form XV   Every digitally signed copy of a map of survey number or a sub-division of a survey number or of a map or plan of any immovable property prepared under section 56 of the Code with the details of Form I appended to the Goa Daman and Diu Land Revenue (Record of Rights and Register of Cultivation) Rules 1969.   Every digitally signed copy of a map or plan of survey number or a sub-division of a survey number prepared in Form J appended to the Goa, Daman and Diu land Revenue (City Survey) Rules, 1969 (Integrated Record) Rs.60/- for every survey number or a sub-division of a survey inclusive of paper cost.         Rs.75/-   Rs.85/- for every survey number or a sub-division of a survey number excluding the cost of paper Rs.105/- for every survey number or a sub-division of a survey number excluding the cost of paper
Every certified copy of a computerized map or plan of a non-agricultural survey number or a sub-division of such a survey number. (b) Every digitally signed copy of a map of a survey number or a sub-division of a survey number or a map or plan of any immovable property prepared under section 56 of the code Rs. 60/- for every survey number or a subdivision of a survey number, including paper cost. Rs. 75/- for every survey number or a sub-division of a survey number excluding the cost of paper.
Every certified copy of a map or plan or computerized copy of the map or plan of any portion of map or plan not falling under items (4), (5) and (6) Such fees not exceeding Rs. 200/- and not less than Rs.20/- as the officer who certifies the copy shall determine provided that no fee exceeding Rs.50/- shall be charged by an Officer subordinate to a collector except with the permission of the Director of Settlement & Land Records.
Every certified copy of a computerized map or plan or any portion of a map or plan (colored copy with all details) not falling under (4), (5) and (6). Rs. 250/- for a copy up to 10 P.T.Sheets and Rs.50/- for each additional P.T.Sheet in color with all details inclusive of paper cost.
Certified copy of every sheet of paper 30 X 21 Cms in dimension handwritten or typed. Rs.30/- for every sheet of paper or part thereof.

How to check Mutation Status Rural on Goa Land Records?

The Goa government has provided an online facility for Goa state citizens to get information and services related to Goa land records through the Goa Land Record Portal. If a citizen wants to see the Mutation Status of rural areas through this portal, follow the steps.

  • First, go to the official website of Goa Land Record Portal. The official web site’s home page will open.
  • Mutation Status (Rural) option will appear in the Navigation Menu of Home Page. Click on the Mutation Status (Rural) option.
  • Clicking on Mutation Status (Rural) will open the Status of Mutation cases to Form 1 & 14 Goa. Where to choose your Taluka from the Drop Down List.
  • After this, fill in the Mutation Number, fill the given Captcha Code in the prescribed column and click on the View Status button.
  • Clicking on the view status button will be displayed on the details screen of Mutation Status (Rural) based on you’s information.
  • In this way, anyone from Goa’s state can get Mutation Status (Rural) information right from home using the Goa Land Records Portal.

If a Goa state citizen wants to see Mutation Status Urban through Goa Land Record Portal, then follow the steps given below.

  • First, go to the official website of Goa Land Records Portal. The official web site’s home page will open.
  • Mutation Status (Urban) option will appear in the Navigation Menu of Home Page. Click on the Mutation Status (Urban) option.
  • As soon as you click on Mutation Status (Urban), the page of Status of Mutation cases to Form D Goa will open.
  • You fill your Mutation Application Number in Mutation Number Column and fill the given Captcha Code in the prescribed column and click on the View Status button.
  • Clicking on the view status button will be displayed on the details screen of Mutation Status (Urban) based on you’s information.

If a Goa state citizen wants to see the information of Form 1 and 14 through the Goa Land Record Portal, then follow the steps given below.

  • First, go to the official website of Goa Land Records Portal. The official web site’s home page will open.
  • The option of Form I & XIV will appear in the Navigation Menu of Home Page. Click on the option of Form I & XIV).
  • On clicking on Form I & XIV), a page of View Form 1 and 14 Information will open in front of you.
  • Select Taluka, Village, Survey Number & Subdivision Number from  drop-down list.
  • After this, fill in the given Captcha Code in the prescribed column and click on the View Status button.
  • Details related to Form 1 and 14 will display on your screen as soon as you click on the view status button.
  • In this way, anyone from Goa’s state can view Form I & XIV information from the online home using the Goa Land Records Portal.

  • The Form D option will appear in the Navigation Menu of the Home Page. Click on the Form D option.
  • Clicking on Form D, a page of View Form D Information will open in front of you.
  • In the given form select City, PT Sheet Number & Challan Number etc. from Drop Down List.
  • After this, fill in the given Captcha Code in the prescribed column and click on the View Status button.
  • Details related to Form D will display on your screen as soon as you click on the view status button.
  • In this way, any person of Goa’s state can see the information of Form D while sitting online using the Goa Land Records Portal.

How to download Goa Land Records Mobile App (LRIS Goa)?

The state government has developed the LRIS Goa Mobile App (Land Resource Information System) and the web portal to make its Goa land records portal accessible to the ordinary people. Through which any citizen can check the details related to their land online from their mobile phone. If you want to download this mobile app, then follow the steps given below.

  • First of all, go to Google Play Store. The Dashboard of the Google Play Store will open.
  • Type the LRIS Goa mobile app in the search box.
  • After this, click on the search button.
  •  List of Mobile Apps related to LRIS Goa Mobile App will open.
  • Choose the topmost LRIS Goa Mobile App.
  • Install option will appear as soon as LRIS Goa mobile application is downloaded. Click on the Install option.
  • The mobile app will be installed on your mobile phone. You can open it and use it.
