Goa Land Records – Almost all the country’s states have standardized and computerized their land records under the National Land Record Modernization Program 2008, an ambitious scheme of the Government of India. The Goa government has also made Goa Land Records and related services online under the National Land Record Modernization Program (NLRMP), making the Record of Right easier for the ordinary person.
The Goa Government has reformed the Goa Land Records and established the Goa Land Record System under the NLRMP program. Through this system, the state government provides an online facility for people to view Goa land records. Using this system, the citizens of the state will view Goa land records online and get services related to land online from home.
The state government’s primary objective behind introducing the Goa Land Record System is to bring transparency in governance by digitizing all services related to Goa land record while improving Goa land record. The Government of Goa has established the Land Records Portal Goa by digitizing Goa land records, which has an official website https://egov.goa.nic.in/dslr/. Any citizen of the state using the website can check the records related to their land sitting at home online and get the services related to the land online.
The Directorate of Settlement & Land Records, Goa has prepared the Goa Land Records Portal in collaboration with the Goa Unit of the National Information Center. This portal works under the Directorate of Settlement and Land Records Goa, and the content is uploaded on this portal by the same department.
This portal’s main objective is to modernize and digitize the Goa Land Record System while improving the Goa Land Records. This portal’s most significant objective is to make Goa land record related services like Survey Form 1 and 14, Form D, Mutation Status, Mutation Process etc. accessible to the public online.

The Goa government has digitized Goa land records online through the Goa Land Records Portal. The State Government has the following objectives behind launching the Goa Land Record Portal.
- Modernizing Goa Land Records Management while undertaking land reforms in Goa.
- To pursue the Goa Land Record Maintenance System with transparency.
- Modernizing and digitizing Goa land records.
- To develop a comprehensive, transparent and modern land record management system in Goa.
- To operate the records and services of all the departments related to land by bringing it on a single portal.

Goa Land Records Service Charges
The Government of Goa has made a provision for a minimum fee amount for citizens of the state of Goa to receive services related to Goa land records. Different types of facilities have to pay different fees. Following is the list of fees charged on various types of services.

The Goa government has provided an online facility for Goa state citizens to get information and services related to Goa land records through the Goa Land Record Portal. If a citizen wants to see the Mutation Status of rural areas through this portal, follow the steps.
- First, go to the official website of Goa Land Record Portal. The official web site’s home page will open.
- Mutation Status (Rural) option will appear in the Navigation Menu of Home Page. Click on the Mutation Status (Rural) option.

- You fill your Mutation Application Number in Mutation Number Column and fill the given Captcha Code in the prescribed column and click on the View Status button.

- The option of Form I & XIV will appear in the Navigation Menu of Home Page. Click on the option of Form I & XIV).
- On clicking on Form I & XIV), a page of View Form 1 and 14 Information will open in front of you.
- Select Taluka, Village, Survey Number & Subdivision Number from drop-down list.

The state government has developed the LRIS Goa Mobile App (Land Resource Information System) and the web portal to make its Goa land records portal accessible to the ordinary people. Through which any citizen can check the details related to their land online from their mobile phone. If you want to download this mobile app, then follow the steps given below.
- First of all, go to Google Play Store. The Dashboard of the Google Play Store will open.
- Type the LRIS Goa mobile app in the search box.
- After this, click on the search button.
- List of Mobile Apps related to LRIS Goa Mobile App will open.
- Choose the topmost LRIS Goa Mobile App.
- Install option will appear as soon as LRIS Goa mobile application is downloaded. Click on the Install option.
- The mobile app will be installed on your mobile phone. You can open it and use it.
