Intra Haryana Portal is a type of employee assistant portal on which facilities related to employees have been provided like – E Salary Slip, Intra Haryana Property Return, GPF Details, E Salary Haryana, GPF Statement, Download GPF Statement, Service Book, Online Leave, Annual Assets, Annual Confidential Report and GPF Account etc. Registration on Intra Haryana Portal is necessary for the state employee to get the benefit of these services.

If you want to make Intra Haryana Online Registration, then follow the steps given below.

  • First of all, go to the official website of Intra Haryana. The home page of the official website will open.
  • The option of Login and New Registration will appear under the Intra Haryana Login section on the home page.
  • If you are already registered on the portal, enter your Payee Code/Mobile Number and Password in the space provided.
  • Enter the Captcha Code in the specified column and click on the Login button.
  • If you are using Intra Haryana Portal for the first time, click on New Registration.
  • New Registration Form will open on your screen. Select Employee Type from the dropdown list in Employee Type.
  • Enter Payee Code Number (a unique code from which your salary is generated) or Salary Bank Account Number per your convenience in the given column and click on the submit button.
  • A new window will open where in the next step, you have to enter your mobile number. If your mobile number is not visible already, then enter your registered mobile number.
  • Click on the submit button. On clicking on the submit button, OTP will be received on your registered mobile number. Enter One Time Password in the column of Enter Received OTP and click on submit button.
  • If you do not receive the OTP, click on the Regenerate OTP button and submit the OTP in the given space.
  • After submitting the OTP, a new window will open where Payee Code/Unique Code, Salary Bank Account No and User ID will already be visible. Here User ID will be your Payee Code / Mobile Number.
  • Set your password and re-enter the Password for Confirm in the Confirmation Column and click on the submit button to confirm the password.  
  • The registration process will be completed on Intra Haryana Portal.
  • In this way, any government employee can easily register by following the above steps on Intra Haryana Portal and can avail online benefits of Intra Haryana Property Return and other services.
  • The employee can get his Payee Code Number from the concerned higher authority.

How to get a salary slip on Intra Haryana Portal?

Haryana Government provides Intra Haryana Property Return as well as Salary Statement facility on Intra Haryana Portal. If a government employee wants to get his salary through the Intra Haryana portal, follow the below steps.

  • Firstly go to the official website of Intra Haryana. The home page of the official website will open.
  • The Intra Haryana Login section will appear on the home page. Enter your Payee Code/Mobile Number and Password in the Login Section.
  • Enter the given Captcha Code in the prescribed column and click on the Login button.
  • On clicking the login button, the employee dashboard will open. The option of eSalary Services will appear in the left sidebar of the dashboard.
  • The option of Salary Slip or Annual Salary Statement will appear under the eSalary Services option.
  • If you want a Salary Slip for one month, then click on the Salary Slip option. Monthly Salary Slippage will open.
  • Select Year & Month from the dropdown box of Year & Month and click on the Show button. If you want to see 1DA Arrear, 2nd DA Arrear, Additional Pay, then select it from the month’s dropdown list.
  • On clicking the Show button, a popup window of ‘Choose Where to Download’ will open on the screen to download the salary slip of the year and month you have selected.
  • On this page, you will also see the option of Download. Click on the download option. Your salary slip will be downloaded in PDF format as soon as you click on the download button.

Now you can easily print your salary slip. In this way, any government employee can get his salary slip as well as Intra Haryana Property Return online from the official website of Intra Haryana.

How to apply for Leave online on Intra Haryana Portal?

Haryana Government has started the online process on Intra Haryana Portal in manual process for Intra Haryana Property Return, Salary Statement, etc., and Leave or tour. Any government employee can apply online for Leave through the official website of Intra Haryana Portal.  

If any government employee wants to apply for Leave through Intra Haryana Portal, follow the below steps.

  • Firstly go to the official website of Intra Haryana. The home page of the official website will open.
  • The Intra Haryana Login section will appear on the home page. Enter your Payee Code/Mobile Number and Password in the Login Section.
  • Enter the given Captcha Code in the prescribed column and click on the Login button.
  • On clicking the login button, the employee dashboard will open. The option of Online Leave & Tour will appear in the left sidebar of the dashboard.
  • Click on the option of Online Leave & Tour. A new page will open. On the new page, a section of My Leave will appear in the navigation menu.
  • On clicking on the section of My Leave, the following options will appear – 

(i) Apply for Leave 

(ii) Pending for Approval (Edit/Withdrawal) 

(iii) Approved Leave 

(iv) Return Back Leave 

(v) Leave Status etc.

  • Click on the Apply for Leave option. A new page will open. Where first, your Returning Officer’s name, mobile number, and office information will appear.
  • Here the information of the government employee and the details of his holidays will also appear. The Type of Leave drop down box will show the types of holidays in the section of Apply For Leave-
  1. Casual Leave,
  2. Child Adoption Leave,
  3. Compensatory Leave,
  4. Earned Leave,
  5. Extra Ordinary Leave,
  6. Half Pay Leave,
  7. Hospital Leave,
  8. Leave Preparatory to Retirement,
  9. Paternity Leave,
  10. Quarantine Leave,
  11. Restricted Leave,
  12. Special Casual Leave,
  13. Special Disability Leave,
  14. Station Leave, Study Leave
  • Select any one of the above types of Leave as per your convenience and select any medical/other/personal from the box Ground on which leave is applicable.
  • After this, fill in the information of how long you want to leave in the given column. Fill in the information of the government holiday falling under your holidays in the given column.
  • In the Purpose of Leave box, type the reason for your Leave. If your Returning Officer’s name is coming wrong, tick the check box below the Returning Officer’s name.
  • Select any one of Yes/No from the Drop Down List of Station Leave Required. If you have selected Yes, give details of the place you will be staying during the holiday.
  • If you are going out on holiday, upload the relevant document and click on the Save button.
  • On clicking the Save button, OTP Verification Box will open, and the One Time Password will be received on your mobile phone. Fill the OTP in the prescribed column and submit. Your leave request will be submitted. Thus any government employee can apply online for Leave from the official website of Intra Haryana.

How to fill the Intra Haryana Property Return Form Online?

If you are an employee of the Haryana Government and want to fill Intra Haryana Property Return form online, follow the below steps.

  • First of all, to fill Intra Haryana Property Return Online, go to the official website of Intra Haryana Portal. The home page of the official website will open.
  • Enter your Payee Code/Mobile Number and Password in the Intra Haryana Login section on the home page. Enter the given Captcha Code in the prescribed column and click on the Login button.
  • The Employee Dashboard will open as soon as you log in. A list of all the pending Annual Property Returns (All Intra Haryana Property Return Report) will appear on the dashboard under the Annual Property Submission Pending section.
  • First of all, it is necessary to fill the Pending Intra Haryana Property Return Annual. First of all, fill the pending annual property return one by one.
  • To fill Intra Haryana Property Return (Annual), the option of Annual Property Return will appear in the left sidebar of the dashboard.
  • Click on the option of Annual Property Return. To fill Intra Haryana Property Return, the page of the Property Declaration Form will open. On the new page, select Property Return Financial Year from the dropdown list.
  • What was your designation in the financial year? Fill it in the given column and click on the start button. The Immovable Properties page will open.
  • In the property details, fill the Type of Property, Plot Size, Unit and Approximate Value (in the Financial Year) in the given columns. In the Property Location section, select State, District from the dropdown list and enter the property’s address in the Address box.
  • If any construction has taken place on the property, fill in the information in the section of Property Construction Details. In Property Other Details, fill in the Mode of Acquisition, Mode of Year, whom the property will be made and whose name it is presently, how much income is being earned from the property etc.
  • If you have to give such information regarding the property while filling Intra Haryana Property Return, whose details are not in the form, you can give its details in Remarks. Click on the Save button.
  • Your property will be edited. If you have more than one property, then you can add it one by one. If there is a mistake in the information already given, you can correct it using the button of Edit.
  • While filling the Intra Haryana Property Return, keep in mind that it is necessary to give the information of Residential, Commercial, Agricultural property of yourself and your family members here.
  • After filling in Immovable Property, click on the Next button. Now fill in the moveable property one by one and click on the Save button.
  • Click on the Next button. On clicking on the Next button, the page of Loan Details will open. Fill in the correct columns of the information related to the loan and click on the Next button.
  • The Upload Signature page will open. To file Intra Haryana Property Return Online, you will need to upload the scanned image of your signature. Upload Signature Image.
  • Keep in mind that the signature image should be in JPEG format only, and its size should not exceed 200 KB.
  • After that, click on the Next button. Your Intra Haryana Property Return (Annual) will be uploaded. You can also edit from here. Check your details thoroughly and click on the submit button.
  • After the final submission, you cannot make any changes at your level. Therefore, before finally submitting the Intra Haryana Property Return, check it thoroughly.
  • As soon as you submit, OTP will come on your registered mobile number. Fill the OTP in the prescribed column and click on the submit button. Your Intra Haryana Property Return process will be completed.

How to check holiday status online on Intra Haryana Portal?

If a government employee has applied for Leave online through Intra Haryana Portal and wants to check leave status, follow the below steps.

  • First of all, go to the official website of Intra Haryana Portal. The home page of the official website will open.
  • The Intra Haryana Login section will appear on the home page. Enter your Payee Code/Mobile Number and Password in the Login Section.
  • Enter the given Captcha Code in the prescribed column and click on the Login button.
  • On clicking the login button, the employee dashboard will open. The option of Online Leave & Tour will appear in the left sidebar of the dashboard.
  • Click on the option of Online Leave & Tour. A new page will open. On the new page, the section of My Leave will appear in the navigation menu.
  • Under which section of My Leave, the option of Leave Status will appear. As soon as you click on the Leave Status option, the status of your leave application will be displayed on the screen.
  • If your Leave is not approved yet and there is any change in your schedule, you can withdraw or edit your leave application using the Pending for Approval (Edit/Withdrawal) option under the My Leave section. 

How to Update Intra Haryana Family ID?

Haryana Government also provides the facility of Update Family ID along with Intra Haryana Property Return, Salary Statement etc., on Intra Haryana Portal. If you are an employee of the Haryana Government and want to update your Family ID on Intra Haryana Portal, follow the below steps.

  • Firstly go to the official website of Intra Haryana. The home page of the official website will open.
  • Enter your Payee Code/Mobile Number and Password in the Intra Haryana Login section on the home page. Enter the given Captcha Code in the prescribed column and click on the Login button.
  • The Employee Dashboard will open as soon as you log in. The option of Updated Family ID will appear on the dashboard. Click on the Update Family ID option.
  • As soon as you click on the link Update Family ID, you will be redirected to the E Disha portal, and the Family ID page will open.
  • If you have already kept the family details, select the family member’s name whose details you want to update from the dropdown list. If you have not already filled in the family details, click on Add New Family’s button.
  • The Add New Family form will open. Select District, Area, Block, Ward/Village from the Drop Down List.
  • Fill Aadhar Number, Aadhar Enrollment ID, Mobile Number, Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Husband or Wife’s Name.
  • Fill all the columns correctly, including gender, date of birth, age and address. Click on the Add button. Your Family ID will be generated and visible at the bottom.
  • Copy the Family ID using the Copy button and in the first step, enter the Family ID and add the names of your family members one by one.
  • As the names of the family members are added, the same names will appear at the bottom. Wherever you want to make any amendment, then you can do it. From here, the information of any member can be updated.

How to Download Employee Assistant Mobile App Intra Haryana?

  • Type Karamchari Sahayak Haryana in the search box of the Play Store and click on the search icon.
  • The result of the mobile application of Karamchari Sahayak Mobile Application will be displayed on the screen.
  • Select the Karamchari Sahayak Haryana Mobile App at the top.
  • Click on the Install button. A new window will open wherefrom the dropdown list, select your device in which you want to download the Karamchari Sahayak Haryana Mobile Application.
