DigiLocker is an Indian digitization online service of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. The main objective of the Government of India behind this is to digitally empower Indian citizens by accessing authentic digital documents through Digital Documents Wallet.
Under Digital India Campaign in the country, the Central Government has digitized almost all its departments. Various state governments are also gradually digitizing all their government departments' functioning linked to the Digital India campaign. Rajasthan government is also gradually bringing documents related to all its departments in digitized form.
The state government has started a project named "Rajasthan Sampark" with the IT and Communications department's help to ensure citizens' good services. Through the 'Rajasthan Sampark Project', the citizens of the state will communicate their questions and concerns to various departments of the state government.
Rajasthan Jan Suchna Portal was established by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Ashok Gehlot, during a function organized by Birla Auditorium on 13 September 2019. Citizens of the state can easily get information about all the government schemes run by the state government from home through the Jansuchna Portal.
