The Uttar Pradesh government has launched the Parivarik Labh Yojana UP portal to implement the National Family Benefit Scheme successfully. This portal has been developed in collaboration with the National Information Center Uttar Pradesh Lucknow Unit.

  • The government will provide compensation of ₹ 30000 as immediate financial assistance to the family of the deceased living below the poverty line.
  • Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Yojana’s benefit will be extended to the same families in rural and urban areas living below the poverty line.
  • It is compulsory to apply for the scheme online by logging on to the Social Welfare Department website.
  • The applicant can apply online from the public convenience centers, cybercafes, or private internet service using the departmental website portal.

  • The application form prescribed by the state government will be filled in the English language itself.
  • The applicant should have an account with a nationalized bank or a bank recognized by the Reserve Bank of India, which is linked to the core banking system and has been granted an IFSC code.
  • The account of any cooperative bank does not come under Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Yojana.
  • Under this scheme, the deceased person’s death certificate should be issued only from the hospital, Nagar Panchayat, or Tehsil level.
  • Dependent beneficiaries are required to upload their latest passport size photograph and signature/thumb impression and copy of documents required for the application form.
  • While filling the application form, upload the applicant’s photo, signature/thumb impression, copy of the death certificate, photocopy of the bank passbook, scan copy of the documents related to the deceased’s age, certified photocopy of the family/family register. 
  • In the documents to be uploaded, the image with the beneficiary’s signature should be more than 20 KB and in JPEG format only.
  • The maximum size of the applicant’s identity card, bank passbook, death certificate of the deceased, etc., should not exceed 20 KB, and the file should be uploaded in PDF format.
  • Fill the application form carefully as the information filled by the applicant will be verified only after verifying that if there is a contradiction in the verification, then your application can be rejected.
  • The income certificate of the applicant will be valid only issued from the tehsil level.
  • After the final submission of the application form, take a printout of it.
  • It is necessary to submit the hard copy of the application form and the documents required for the application within three working days to the concerned Deputy District Officer’s office.
  • After submitting the hard copy of the application form to the Deputy District Magistrate office, you must obtain the receipt.

  • The Deputy District Magistrate will accept the payment if the application is found to be correct, and verification will recommend non-payment if it is found to be incorrect.
  • After the applicant’s bank account is verified, the sanctioned amount is deposited in his bank account.
