Step 8: UHBVN New Connection requires the applicant to have some documents. like –

Step 12: On your screen, a popup message of “Your Application has been submitted successfully” will appear as Final Save and Payment. Your UHBVN New Connection Application Number will appear in the Format of A11-116-381 in the popup message. A link to print the application form will appear. Go to the Print link and take the print of the Application Form.

- First of all, go to the official website of UHBVN.
- Click on the link for New Connection.
- Go to the section of Track the Status or Pay Charges Online.
- Enter your Application Number in the Enter E Form Number column.
- Click on the track button and make the online payment.
Step for Subdivisions: –
The SDO (Sub Divisional Officer) process starts after the UHBVN New Connection applicant submits the application form and submits the Charge Payment. SDO follows the following steps for further processing –
Step 1: SDO will log in on the official website of UHBVN. He will check the application’s online application and upload documents submitted by the applicant for the UHBVN new connection. If the uploaded documents are correct, then Allow them. If there is an error in the papers, he can cancel it.
Step 2: If SDO feels that UHBVN New Connection requires verification of Site, then SDO can visit that Site. The SDO also checks the online/offline payment made by the applicant. If the applicant has made the payment offline, he fills the Payment Receipt Number in the Online Application Form.
Step 3: After this, the SDO approves the load on the applicant’s application, keeping in mind the Allotted Feeder & Transformer Details. After approving the load, the SDO forwards that application to the Division. If the SDO rejects the UHBVN New Connection Application, it does not need to forward the Division.
Step 4: After filling in all the required details, the SDO issues a Demand Notice of the estimated amount to the applicant. The Department of Power sends an alert of Demand Notice to the consumer’s phone and email for depositing the amount of Demand Notice. The consumer can deposit the amount of Demand Notice both offline or online.
Step 5: After depositing the Demand Notice, the Compliance Report of Demand Notice will be filled in the system by SDO. The SDO will approve the Test Verification report.
Step 6: After this, the Chief Electrical Receipt will be verified by the SDO. He will also upload the Line Diagram, Report Proforma to the system.
Step 7: After the fieldwork is over, he can issue SCO for UHBVN New Connection if the SDO finds it necessary.
Step 8: If the load filled by the applicant for UHBVN New Connection is more than 50KW, SDO performs CEI Inspection. But if a load of New Connection of the consumer is less than 50KW, he issues DHBVN New Connection to the applicant without CEI Inspection.
